Epilogue Part II “Showdown with Shar”

Shar made the first look, rushing directly at Sonro and attempting a kick to his face, Sonro blocks with ease and fires a Chaos Spear in retaliation. This pushes the two away from each other, Sonro then rushes at Shar and attempts to jump kick him in the head. Shar avoids by rolling under and kicking Sonro in the back. Sonro rolls to a stop.

“You’ve improved since we first met Sonro, maybe this time I can all out.” Says Shar.

“All out, you mean you’ve been holding back?” Asks Sonro, Shar answers by a sudden increase in energy, he then rushes at Sonro with a kick, then rushes at him again with a run by punch, he then jumps into the air and lands, attacking Sonro with a ax kick to his chest, this makes him cough up some blood.

“Hmph, guess not.” He says, sounding somewhat disappointed, he begins to walk away. Sonro gets up.” So, not done yet?” Says Shar, the two rush at each other and start a struggle, Sonro manages to kick Shar in the face and fires a Chaos Spear at point blank, Shar is pushed back and almost hit’s the wall behind him. He then rushes at Sonro again who blocks his first attack, but doesn’t block Shar’s sweep, knocking him off balance, Shar then kicks him into the air and fires Chaos attacks in rapid succession, generating a lot of smoke around the general area.” Now we’re done.....what!?” He exclaims, as the smoke clears, he sees Sonro inside a green bubble, which disappears and Sonro drops to the ground.

“Well Shar, this has been fun, but it needs to end now.” Says Sonro confidently, he crosses his arms as energy swirls around him, he then throws them to his sides as he become red with cyan stripes again. Shar just began to laugh. He’s laughing? Did I say something funny? Thought Sonro, he got his answer right away.

“You think that you’re the only one with a Super form?” Asked Shar, Sonro was surprised by his words. Shar then held one arm out and made a fist, as he did so, his colours reversed just like Sonro, it was his Super form.“ So Sonro, think this is going to end quickly now?” He asks. Sonro wasn’t so sure now, thought it didn’t really bother him, he didn’t want this fight too soon, he was enjoying it.

“So, should I make the first move or do you want to?” Asks Sonro, they dash at each other again, Sonro blocks a punch from Shar, who blocks Sonro’s kick, they kick away from each other, they then start firing at the other with Chaos Spears. Shar then charges some energy and fires wave after wave of Chaos Spears at Sonro, who flies toward Shar while avoiding each one, when he gets close enough, he kicks Shar three times, and then hammer punches him down to the ground, he then attempts to ax kick him, Shar grabs his foot and throws him forward then fires a Chaos Spear. Sonro raises another Chaos Barrier to block it, but is caught unaware by Shar hammer punching him, sending him into the ground.

“And that, is that.” He says, before reverting and walking away. He notices the ground below start to unsettle, and is then hit by Sonro kick out of the ground and hitting Shar in the chin. He then starts spindashing in midair and starts tackling Shar multiple times, then finally ax kicks Shar to the ground, causing a lot of dust to shoot up from the ground and make a cloud of dust. Later on, Shar wakes up, Sonro is standing over him and has reverted from Super form.” You win.” He says, Sonro smiles and lends him a hand, Shar smacks it away and gets up.

“So, are you going to hold up your side of the bargain?” Asks Sonro.

“Yes, I’ll be back soon enough.” He answers, before rushing off.

Shar had tried to hold up his part, but unfortunately, the Master Emerald was impossible for him to find. He returned empty handed to the Resistance, but Sonro didn’t mind, as long as he held up the other part of his bargain to assist the resistance. We return to Sonro overlooking constriction of a new resistance base, which is making good progress thanks to Sonro and Shar’s teamwork on their missions.

“The Master Emerald, I will get it back someday.” Says Sonro, someone walks up behind him and covers his eyes with their hands.

“Guess who!” Says a voice.

“Nice try Selome, it’s always you.” He says, Salome takes her hands back then stands next to him.

“You still can’t pronounce my name right?” She asks, Sonro shakes his head. Hmm, how can I get him to say it right...I know! She thinks.” Hey Sonro.” She says, turning toward him.

“Yeah?” He says, he turns towards Salome who kisses him.” S-Salome, you kissed me.” He says, surprised by her action.

“Yep, and you got my name right!” She says in glee and starts hugging Sonro.
